Pair of drinking horns made for *AngelDragonfly [link] and her wedding. The design consists of some classic celtic borders and the central pattern of Lugh's Knot. The other ornamentation is an own design.
These cost I think around 800 AUD for the custom carving.we got the horns from the US and then posted them. These horns are from a single beast that was important to us. They are more stunning in person and we are so so happy with them
Very special items. Perfect fit for any pagan ceremony
i know this is SO late coming - but - THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH the horns are absolutely beautiful . we love them they were perfect for our wedding and are now a treasured item in our little family - they are one of those things that will always be in our lives and a part of us long after we are gone. everyone loved them even my mum who i think thought the idea was a little odd
they were 1000 times worth the effort and collaboration. i have a friend interested in horns for her own wedding next year , i have given her your page
Gorgeous. I've always wondered how to (to put it into a leather context) "antique" carvings in horns. Is there a special kind of dye or paint? Or did these horns just happen to have a light layer over a dark layer on most of them?
